1. Bring in your items during store hours—no appointment necessary. We do not accept shipped consignments; items must be reviewed in person
   
2. Quick review: Our team will carefully inspect your items for authenticity, quality, and seasonal relevance. Please wait while we review your pieces.
   
3. Approval: We will select the items we believe will sell best. (We may not accept everything you bring due to our curated inventory.)
   
4. 60-day consignment: Approved items are placed on the sales floor for 60 days. After 60 days, items must be picked up or donated to local women’s charities like Dress for Success San Antonio. Items left beyond the consignment period without communication are considered abandoned.
   
5. Payment: Once your item sells, you earn a percentage based on the final selling price.
   

We take high-end and boutique designer apparel, handbags, shoes, and accessories in new or excellent condition.

To give your items the best chance to sell:

• Condition: Items must be in excellent condition, clean, and free of stains, snags, odors, or pet hair.
  
• Presentation: Bring clothing on hangers and keep tags attached for never-worn items.
  
• Authenticity: All pieces must be authentic. We use Entrupy, a third-party authentication for select items. We cannot sell knock-offs of any kind. If there are any concerns regarding authenticity, no matter how minor, the item(s) will be returned to the consignor. If a consignor knowingly attempts to consign inauthentic items they will face consequences and will no longer be welcome to consign at Otra Vez.
  
• Season & Style: We accept current styles (under 2 years old) and exceptional vintage pieces from brands like Chanel, Gucci, and Hermès.

What we do not accept: Lingerie, swimwear, pajamas, or bridal attire.

We offer competitive consignment rates to ensure you get the most value for your luxury items. 

How you get paid:

• 40% to consignor for items under $100
  
• 50% to consignor for items $100–$999.99
  
• 65% to consignor for items $1,000–$1,999.99
  
• 70% to consignor for items $2,000+ and select fine jewelry/handbags
  

Payments are issued via check or can be used as store credit. 

We do not buy items outright.

Do I need an appointment?
No, you can bring items anytime during store hours.

Is there a minimum number of items to bring?
No, but 5–10 items is a great start for first-time consignors.

Can I send photos before bringing items in?
Yes! Email us photos, but final acceptance depends on an in-person inspection for condition and authenticity.

Do you accept consignments from outside San Antonio?
No, we do not accept shipped consignments to maintain our local, hands-on service.
