All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges because:
- Each item is consigned, and once it sells, the payment is sent to the consignor.
- Transactions cannot be reversed after funds are distributed.
If you have concerns about authenticity, please contact us. We are happy to:
- Walk you through our authentication process.
- Accept the item back for an Entrupy re-scan.
- Return the item to you with a Certificate of Authenticity.

- Shipping: $12 via UPS Ground, within 2 business days. For select high-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the safety of your purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
- Order Processing & Availability: All online items are also available in-store. In rare cases, if an item sells in-store before your online order is processed, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 24 hours.
- Local Pickup: Available with a valid ID during store hours.
- International Shipping: Not available; we ship only within the continental U.S.
