Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges because:

  • Each item is consigned, and once it sells, the payment is sent to the consignor.

  • Transactions cannot be reversed after funds are distributed.

If you have concerns about authenticity, please contact us. We are happy to:

  1. Walk you through our authentication process.

  2. Accept the item back for an Entrupy re-scan.

  3. Return the item to you with a Certificate of Authenticity.
