Shipping policy

Shipping
We ship via UPS Ground with insurance for a flat rate of $12. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. For select high-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the safety of your purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Order Processing & Availability
All online items are also available in-store. In rare cases, if an item sells in-store before your online order is processed, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 24 hours.

In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? You can select in-store pickup at checkout and collect your purchase during regular business hours with a valid ID.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.
